What are the main objectives of integrating Clinical Counselling Supervision as a regular counselling practice:

*Clinical Counselling Supervision travel-related expenses are not included in our standards fees
Clinical Counselling Supervision Services Eligibility Requirements
Every counselling supervision request is subject to the evaluation of the followings criteria:
The prospective counselling supervisee must agree to:
- Provide proof of membership in good standing with the British Columbia Associations of Clinical Counsellors and a copy of Professional and Commercial Liability Insurance Policy Certificate;
- Submit a copy of a current Résumé attached with a list of three professional/academic references contact information along with signed consent to contact the candidate(s) personal references. We may request additional references if needed;
- An updated copy of Criminal Record Search from a recognized issuing authority, documents must be sent directly to our attention from the issuing authority;
- Pay a non-refundable document processing fee;
- Pay an hourly fee for supervision/administrative service, supervisees must provide their credit card information and their account will be charged before the service is provided/agreed upon in writing or and verbally. Third-party agreement payer(s) agreement must be pre-approved and confirmed in writing by both parties before the sessions.

Steps to initiate your Clinical Counselling Supervision Request:

2- Once we process your request we will enter contact you via text/email or telephone to answers your questions;
3- If you wish to schedule an initial consultation in-person telephone or an online consultation session please indicate your scheduling preferences
(Weeks days & daytime) scheduling;
Consultation/supervision time is billed hourly. All clients must agree to our payment terms & conditions. Travel time and related expenses are not included in our fees.
We accept e-transfers a minimum of 24 hours before each session. Please indicate if you wish to pay via credit card and will contact you to update your file with your credit card information in our secure payment system.
Please note that our pricing may be subject to changes. Third-party payment is subject to pre-approval by our office.
Corporate pricing may be subjected to changes/adjustment & credit checks. Account opening request must be made in writing & and is subject to ou approval.
