 Mindfulness Based Program  

  • Designed to address the needs of persons with symptoms of either anxiety or depression, or both;
  • Counsellors work with clients to establish a self-care plan that includes an exercise or a physical therapy program;
  • Activities might include:  yoga, pilates, a running or walking program, or any other active program that includes cardiovascular exercise.
