The Public Service Health Care Plan counselling coverage for Canadian Certified Counsellors applies to:
Federal Public Service Employees of Canada;
Members of Parliament of Canada;
Federal Judges of Canada;
Employees of a number of designated agencies and crown corporations;
Veterans who are members of the Veterans Affairs client as per Plan Document;
Members of the Canadian Forces (CF) and of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)* see details below;
Persons receiving pension benefits based on service in one of the above capacities; and
Eligible dependents of Plan members
The Plan applies only to their eligible dependents of Canadian Forces (CF) and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) members. Retired or ex-members of the CF and RCMP can obtain coverage for themselves as pensioners or as civilian employees of one of the groups above**

Secure Video & Telephone Counselling covered under Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP)?
We are happy to offer counselling to Canada’s public servants by telephone or video calls. Life events, quarantine, family obligations, commuting and other factors can make it challenging to accomodate session.
Thus, we offer our clients covered under PSHCP from around the province, and other parts of Canada* the possibility to access counseling remotely via telephone and our secure online counseling platform.

When counselling services are delivered by other means than telephone our Online Counselling Therapy is delivered using a confirmed, secure, authenticated and
