Assessments and Reports
Assessments and reports include: intake, progress and discharge. Reports are concise and provide easily comparable before and after scores on psychometric measures. These reports are designed for insurance purposes (short and long term disability programs), can be provided to physicians, and for can be used for progress tracking. When clients self-pay for the program, they often prefer receiving the results of the assessments directly without the need for formal reports.
How counselling can help someone with anxiety & depression?
Counselling can be a highly beneficial resource for people struggling with anxiety and depression. Counsellors can provide an objective and nonjudgmental perspective, allowing them to explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe and secure environment.
In therapy, people can learn how to identify and manage their emotions, recognize and challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and build self-confidence.
Counselling can also help individuals gain insight into the root causes of their anxiety or depression and develop strategies for overcoming them. Furthermore, counselling can provide a supportive and encouraging space to process difficult situations and create a plan for long-term recovery.
