In response to this need, we offer our clients from around the province, and other parts of Canada, the option to access counselling remotely. Remote services are offered via telephone and our secure online video counseling platforms.
Video counselling is shown to be just as effective as face-to-face counselling. The research supports the transition to remote counselling. In addition, you can receive these services in the comfort of your own home.

Prior to your session, specific details of the Telehealth Tele-Counselling Video or Telephone session takes place, we provide you with a detailed description of the services and how to set up receiving this service. We use a platform that is extremely simple to use, and offer guidance through the process. Counsellors will offer to assist you, for no-charge, until the session commences.
Video sessions are available on almost every device, including: your phone (apple or android), tablet/iPad, laptop, or desktop.
