If you are insured with Green Shield Canada your counselling expenses could be fully or partly eligible for third-party billing.
Upon request, we can verify your eligibility for direct billing for counselling services.
Please contact us with your:
- Carrier’s name;
- Plan member carrier (cardholder) ID;
- Plan member (cardholder) Last Name;
- Plan member (cardholder) First Name.
- Date of birth;
- Mailing address;
- Telephone number;
Client coverage eligibility for counselling services is determined by your employer and outlined in its master contract with GSC. Third-party billing must be pre-approved in writing prior to a session.
*We offer direct billing option with Green Shield Canada as a courtesy and complimentary service. All Green Shield Canada claimant wishing to have SCC Inc. to perform direct billing on their behalf must provide their credit card information as a backup payment method. Other conditions apply**
