6 Week Session – Yoga Treatment for Anxiety

Yoga for Anxiety Class Overview:

Very gentle approach to yoga, so very appropriate for complete yoga beginners;

Variety of gentle movements with breath that calm the nervous system;

Breathing techniques for soothing anxiety;

Meditation and mindfulness tools for healing the mind;

Relaxation exercises and restorative yoga positions, mantra, mudra and more;

Each week: build on the tools that you have learned in previous weeks to create a practical toolbox.
Angie Edgson has been designing specialized therapeutic yoga based programs in Kamloops and running them since 2010.
People have been giving them really positive feedback and she looks forward to sharing them more.
Yoga for Anxiety Classes will be held at the intimate Mind Body Studio at 253 Victoria St
