Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) is a proposed protected title by FACTBC. FACTBC is pursuing regulation and the development of the BC College of Counselling Therapists under BC’s Health Profession Act. The main objectives are to promote and ensure public protection, accessibility and accountability.
