Meet Catherine Cloutier
BCACC Approved Clinical Supervisor ACS
Catherine Cloutier has been providing psychotherapy for over 13,000 clinical hours as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and over 20,000 hours of client service in related professions. Catherine is an experienced Clinical Supervisor and has provided over 260 hours of Clinical Supervision to both practicing professionals and graduate students in BC & Canada.
Consistent with the new expectations in the ethical practice of Clinical Supervision, Catherine is receiving ongoing Supervision Mentoring (Supervision of Supervision). She engages in ongoing training in Clinical Supervision, with the recent completion of a BCACC approved Master’s level course in 2021. In the past, during the course of her professional development in Clinical Supervision, Catherine has also received training with Dr. Carol Falender, the developer of the well-known Competency-Based Supervision.
