FACTBC is an organization pursuing regulation and the development of the BC College of Counselling Therapists under BC’s Health Profession Act.
Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) is a proposed protected title by FACTBC. The main objective is to allow the public to make decisions about the professional they engage for counselling therapy services in British Columbia.
