Through counselling, an individual can learn to identify the triggers for their anger, develop healthier coping strategies, and learn how to communicate their feelings in a more constructive way.
Counselling also allows an individual to gain insight into their behaviour, create new perspectives, and develop a better understanding of how to better regulate their emotions.
This can lead to improved control over their mood swings and improved emotional regulation.
