- Sessions are provided confidentially and can be paid for privately.
- No referral is needed from a physician or otherwise. No one needs to know.
- Workers can call directly or have a trusted friend or family member set up the initial visit.
- Each session is booked without further obligation, this helps to determine if there is a good fit with the counsellor.
- Sessions are 50 minutes, with 10 additional minutes for administrative duties (booking sessions, billings, etc.).
- Our counselling spaces are private offices or can be set up over the telephone or video conferencing.
