Many approaches to dealing with stress involve decreasing the stress in your life. However, it is not always possible to decrease the stressors in our lives, a much more practical approach is to create a lifestyle that is resilient to these stressors.
Instead, increase your resiliency to your existing stress. This philosophy is derived from the eastern models of health. This means rather than focusing on eliminating an illness or pathology, one focuses instead on increasing the health of the person.
